    • Replacement sash balancer is used on Narroline double-hung windows manufactured from 1968 to 2012.
    • Works with 3452 units with non-tempered glass.
    • Works with 3042 and 34310 units with tempered glass.
    • Size 1231 - can be used to replace 1226 and 1227.
    • Balancer maintains the position of the window sash.
    • They are found above the upper sash in the head jamb, and are located on each side of the window.
    • The same balancer is used on both the left and Right hand side of the window.

    When replacing balancers, we recommend replacing both balancers and the window side jamb liners
