    • Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 24210, 26210, 38210, 2432 cottage upper sash, 2436 cottage upper sash, 2632 cottage upper sash, 2636 cottage upper sash, 3832 cottage upper sash and 3836 cottage upper sash.
    • Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
    • Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
    • Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
    • When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
