    • Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 210210, 28210, 30210, 2832 cottager Upper Sash, 2836 cottage upper sash, 21032 cottage upper sash and 21036 cottage upper sash.
    • Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
    • Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
    • Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
    • When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
