    • Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 18310 (1992 to 2017), 20310 (1992 to 2017), 18310 cottage lower sash, 1846 cottage, Upper Sash, 18410 cottage upper sash, 2046 cottage upper sash and 20410 cottage upper sash.
    • Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
    • Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
    • Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
    • When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
