    • Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 2646 (1992 to 2017), 21046 (1992 to 2017), 2846 (1992 to 2017), 2856 cottage upper sash (1992 to 2017), 2446 cottage lower sash, 2646 cottage lower sash, 26510 cottage upper sash and 28510 cottage upper sash.
    • Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 2046 (1992 to 2017), 2056 cottage upper sash (1992 to 2017), 3456 cottage upper sash (1992 to 2017), 20510 cottage upper sash, 2046 cottage lower sash and 34510 cottage upper sash.
    • Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
    • Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
    • Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
    • When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
