    • Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 2446 (1992 to 2017), 2456 cottage upper sash (1992 to 2017), 3846 (1992 to 2017), 3856 cottage upper sash (1992 to 2017), 2046 cottage lower sash, 24510 cottage upper sash and 38510 cottage upper sash.
    • Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
    • Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
    • Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
    • When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
