    • Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 24310 (2017 to present) and 38310 cottage (2017 to present).
    • Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
    • Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
