The serial number for your storm door is located on a factory-applied label on the hinge rail and should be visible when the storm door is in the open position (see the image below).

If you are unable to locate the serial number on the hinge rail of your storm door unit, look around the perimeter of the storm door. The serial number label may have been removed from the hinge rail during installation and relocated to another location.

If you are unable to locate the serial number on your storm door, a second way to identify your storm door is by completing the Identify Your Product Guided Help.

It will require you to answer a series of questions about your storm door's appearance, components, and features. In order to accurately identify the different components of your storm door, we recommend completing the Guided Help when you are near your storm door.
